This Membership Agreement is a binding agreement between you the member, and Opportunityontheweb.net

Acceptance of membership and/or maintaining a subscription for services implies consent to this agreement, as well as future updates, alterations or changes to this agreement.

By submitting payment to the sponsor shown, you are sending them the first part of the sponsorship fee to become a lifetime sponsor of this site. Upon completion of the payment to the sponsor, you will be redirected back to this website to complete your signup and submitting your random sponsor fee and administration fees.

This site uses a database and PHP script to randomly select a sponsor's payment ID when the URL is called from a browser. This places the ID into the payment area, and the new sponsor pays the first part of the fee. As stated above, after you have paid the sponsor you are redirected back to this site  to complete your setup.  . If you choose to upgrade your membership you can do so once you are an active member.  Upgraded members receive  a higher weighted rotation and will have their ID's displayed more often.   All members may increase their rotation weight at anytime by going to the drop down list under resources and choosing  "The Buy Weight" Link.

By joining and adding your ID, you agree that you understand fully that the system is completely random and if you select to choose a lower rotation weight that your ID may not be displayed as often as another sponsor who has a rotation weight set to a higher value.

You also agree that you understand, not all visitors to the main page that is advertised by us will not automatically choose to join the system. We do not guarantee  that all sponsors will receive random payments from the system although all sponsors ID's are rotated and ID's are displayed. We Do Guarantee that we will advertise the website consistantly.

Please make sure you understand fully the rules about unsolicited advertising.  All sponsors who join the system will be issued their own URL to send their own prospects to join the system via their own payment ID. The URL is issued with your sponsor ID included in the address. You may use this URL to link to from your website, by sending in email messages and and by sending direct traffic to your URL. We operate a strict ANTI SPAM policy and WILL DELETE any sponsor instantly that uses their link in any form of unsolited advertising. We take SPAM complaints very seriously and will make NO exceptions to this rule.

Opportunity On The Web reserves the right to refuse any advertisement and/or website that we feel is inappropriate. This includes but is not limited to the following types of programs:
 

• Sites that contain Extreme Adult Content, Pornography, Racial or Hate Issues, Vulgar
• Language, Illegal content, and Violence
• Sites promoting HYIP Programs
• All Auto Surf Programs
• All Investment Surfs Gambling
• Paid-To-Promote Programs
• Gambling sites, casinoes, poker rooms (free game sites are ok)
• Virus or script downloads (including i-frame PPC and/or search sites)
• Any other program which Opportunityontheweb.net deems inappropriate.
