How does the system work?
When you join Opportunity On The Web you pay 3 one time fees through your AlertPay PersonalPro Account.
- The first payment goes to your sponser.
- The second payment goes to the administrator and those funds are used for maintaining the program and advertising.
- The third payment goes to a random member. Once your account is activated your User ID will be entered into the random user pool.
